The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 354A, 354B, 504, 506, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is case and counter case. Allegation of commission of abuse, assault as well as attempt to outrage the modesty is not specific against the petitioner or any other named accused.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty
