The petitioner has asked for grant of anticipatory bail concerning the instant case which has been registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504, 34 of the IPC and 37(C) of the Excise Act. After concluding investigation charge-sheet has been submitted against co-accused Virendra Manjhi @ Shailendra Manjhi for an offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504, 34 of the IPC and 37 (C) of the Excise Act. The aforesaid Virendra Manjhi @ Shailendra Manjhi was apprehended at the spot who was found in drunken condition and so there would not be applicability of Excise Act against the petitioner.
