2. Following reliefs are sought for in the present writ application:

"a. For directing an inquiry in the instant case by the Vigilance for proper investigation into the disproportionate asset acquired by the private respondent no 6, during his long tenure as a Junior Engineer under the Rural Works department, govt of Bihar.

b. For directing the respondents to initiate disciplinary proceedings against the private respondent no 6,

Patna High Court CWJC No.18517 of 2025(2) dt.27-11-2025 2/2 together with initiating criminal proceedings under section 13 (1) (e) of the Prevention of Corruption Act 1988, for possession of pecuniary resources and property disproportionate to his known sources of income.

c. For directing the respondents not to entrust any administrative and financial duties to the private respondent no 6, pending the final disposal of the writ petition.

d. For issuance of any other appropriate writ/s, order/s or direction/s as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and necessary in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. From perusal of the reliefs sought, it appears that the matter pertains to a personal dispute and, therefore, no order can be passed in public interest litigation.

4. The petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to approach the competent authority, if so advised.

5. Accordingly, the present writ application stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.

6. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
