(i) That the petitioner prefers this application with a prayer to issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ/order/direction to the respondent authorities to initiate encroachment proceeding under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act and remove encroachment made over land appertaining to Khata No. 86, Khesra No. 182, situated at MauzaAmmapokhar, Anchal-Bikramganj, Revenue Thana No. 325, which is recorded as "Anavad Sarv Sadharan."

Patna High Court CWJC No.244 of 2024(3) dt.29-10-2024 2/2 counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Bikramganj, District-Rohtas, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
