The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ramkrishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 570 of 2019 and Special Case No.7144 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) & 37(b) of Bihar Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of country made liquor and english wine from the Hen Firm. The said firm does not belong to the petitioner.
