JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-11-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Baruraj P.S. Case No. 37 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 385, 353, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code Allegation as per F.I.R. is that when police personnel went to arrest the petitioners, they attacked on police party. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that as a matter of fact that there was some electricity dues tot he petitioners which has now been deposited by them, which will appear from annexure - 2 series and they are ready to abide by any condition imposed on them.
