The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Choraut P.S. Case No. 113 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 352, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, the accused persons variously armed came at the land of the informant and started harvesting the crop standing on his land and in consequence thereupon, the accused persons inflicted farsa blow as a result of which, the informant sustained injury.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that

There is case and counter case between the parties. The FIR itself, shows that there is land dispute between the parties. The members of defence side have also suffered injuries.

On the other hand, Mr. Shailendra Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances of the case, specially, to the fact that they petitioners are the persons of clean antecedent, let the petitioners named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Hamza Alam, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Pupri at Sitamarhi in connection with Choraut P.S. Case No. 113 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) A.K.V.//- U T
