This application for regular bail arises in Economic Offences P.S. Case No. 30 of 2014, disclosing offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was allowed provisional bail by this Court by order dated 06.03.2020, in view of the submission made on behalf of the petitioner that she was inducted as Joint Director of M/s Shakti Teletech & Infrastructure Private Ltd by her husband.

Mr. Vishwanath Singh, learned Senior counsel representing the Economic Offence Unit, Patna has submitted that prayer made on behalf of the petitioner's husband for grant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70808 of 2019(6) dt.24-06-2020 2/2 of regular bail has been rejected by this Court. Be that as it may, as the petitioner was allowed provisional bail in March, 2020, in Court's opinion, no purpose would be served by rejecting this application since the investigation has been concluded and there is no material to suggest that the petitioner is likely to influence investigation or trial or flee from the course of trial.

Considering the above submission submission, this application is allowed. The provisional bail granted to the petitioner by an order dated 06.03.2020 stands confirmed. There is typographical error in page 2 of the order dated 06.03.2020, inasmuch as at one place 'his' has been typed in place of 'her'. The said order has been corrected by me and the same shall be read accordingly.
