2. The learned Advocate General submits that already there is a writ petition filed before the learned Single Judge, and on a limited stay order being issued, the entire policy has been withdrawn by the State Government.

3. Recording the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous, without prejudice to any subsequent grievance being agitated.
