Mr.Manoj Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-01-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sakra P. S. Case No. 525 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of IPC.
As per F.I.R. there is allegation of snatching away the Scooty of the informant on the point of arms and snatching of Rs. 20,000/- from the diggy of the Scooty. The F.I.R is against unknown. The petitioner is accused in four other cases. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been made accused only on confessional statement of the co-accused. He is in custody for eleven months. Even though he has not been put on TIP.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72710 of 2019(2) dt.13-01-2020 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sakra P. S. Case No. 525 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned with condition that after release, he has to appear before the police of his local area in the first week of each month, so that the police may watch his conduct, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the S.S.P. Muzaffarpur, for needful.
