The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 379, 327, 307, 353, 332, 504 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

The police had gone to the village on getting information of land dispute. Allegation is that the petitioner and another lady assaulted with fists and slaps to the informant and others. Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that the petitioner is a female, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to
