2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No. 317 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 467, 468, 419, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The case of the prosecution is that one Kustumbh Singh was appearing in place of this petitioner in the examination of B.S.E.B. which is conducted for Teachers Eligibility Test.
4. From perusal of the FIR, it is clear that Kustumbh Singh was found impersonating the fact. The name of the petitioner has come into light on the disclosure made by Kustumbh Singh. He further submitted that the impersonation, if

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Patna City, Patna in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No. 317 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Ashok Kumar Pandey, J) Arish/- U T
