Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Ramgarhwa PS Case No. 230 of 2017 registered under Sections 377 of the IPC and Section 4 of the Pocso Act.

The allegation in brief is that the petitioner sodomised a child of five years age.

Submission is that some quarrel took place between the petitioner and the informant, so he has been falsely implicated in this case, moreover they have filed compromise petition also. Whereas learned Counsel for the State submits that the allegation is supported by the injury report found on the person of the child suggesting alleged occurrence committed with the boy. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. Snkumar/- (Arun Kumar, J.) U T
