The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the cases of the petitioners are squarely covered by order dated 09.08.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 16165 of 2019.

If the assertion of the learned counsel for the petitioner is correct then the writ petitioners also are entitled to be treated similarly.

The writ petition thus is disposed off with a direction to the Director, Primary Education to consider granting the benefit from the date of completion of training

Patna High Court CWJC No.23459 of 2019 dt.05-02-2020 3/3 to the petitioners as the lapses on the part of the respondents cannot be a ground to deny the benefit of trained pay scale. The order shall be passed within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
