Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Barhat PS Case No. 68 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 121, 121(A) and 120(B) of the IPC, Sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act and Sections 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20 of UAP Act..

Submission is that the petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Tarique Anwar @ Pappu, the petitioner is accused in other cases also but is on bail, in the present case he is in custody since 30.10.2017 and charge-sheet has been submitted.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Pramod Barnwal @ Pradip Barnwal @ Prahalad Barnwal @ Lambu, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Jamui in connection with Barhat PS Case No. 68 of 2016.
