2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Prabatta P.S Case No. 560 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25, 26, 25(1-B)a and 35 of the Arms Act.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that this is third attempt of the regular bail of the petitioner. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected "vide order dated 08.01.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 88639 of 2024 with observation that petitioner shall renew his prayer for bail after completion of one year in custody" and vide order

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76797 of 2025(2) dt.07-11-2025 2/2 dated 12.09.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 59329 of 2025 as dismissed as withdrawn. He submits that one year has been lapsed and petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail before this Court. It is also submitted that petitioner is in judicial custody since 21.07.2024.

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. On perusal of the FIR, impugned order dated 10.10.2025 and the paragraph 8 of the rejection order of this Court vide vide order dated 08.01.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 88639 of 2024 as "that petitioner shall renew his prayer for bail after completion of one year in custody" Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagariya in connection with Prabatta P.S Case No. 560 of 2023.
