JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-02-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order, dated 17.07.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23838 of 2017 with liberty to the petitioner to renew the prayer if the trial is not concluded within nine months.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the period of nine months has expired and in the case only charge has been framed.

Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor also. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty-five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sessions Trial No. 613 of 2017 out of G.R.P. Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 9 of 2012 to the satisfaction of the Additional District Judge, V, Patna, with the conditions that one of the bailors shall be a local resident

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6487 of 2018 (2) dt.08-02-2018 2/2 and the another would be that the petitioner shall cooperate in the trial, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled. With the aforesaid observations, this application is disposed of.
