1. The present petition has been filed for modifying the order dated 02.08.2022, passed by this Court in CWJC No.15119 of 2017 to the extent of extending the time granted to the petitioners to file appeal by a further period of four weeks from today

2. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioners have approached this Court seeking the aforesaid modification after a lapse of about one year, hence they should be put to some strict terms.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are ready and willing to abide by such terms as

Patna High Court MJC No.3360 of 2023(2) dt.13-03-2024 2/2 may be deemed fit and proper to be imposed upon the petitioners.

4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to modify the aforesaid order dated 02.08.2022 by extending the time granted to the petitioners to file the appropriate appeal, by a further period of four weeks from today, however subject to the petitioners annexing receipt, showing deposit of a sum of Rs.5,000/- with the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee, Patna within a period of one week from today, with the appeal to be filed by them.

5. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid modification in the order dated 02.08.2022, passed in CWJC No.15119 of 2017.
