JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-01-2018 The grievance of the petitioner is regarding non-shifting back of the date of promotion as Skilled Khalasi to 01.11.2012 or atleast w.e.f. 24.04.2014 i.e. the date from which, his junior have been promoted and grant him promotion to the Junior Line Man.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be filing a representation before the respondent no. 4 regarding his aforesaid grievance and the respondent no. 4 may be directed to dispose of the same within a

Patna High Court CWJC No.1435 of 2018 (2) dt.25-01-2018 2/2 specified period.

It is directed that in case, the petitioner files a representation regarding his aforesaid grievance before the respondent no. 4 within two weeks from today, the respondent no. 4 shall dispose of the same within four weeks thereafter and in case, the authorities pass the favourable order, the consequential benefits shall also be paid to the petitioner within a period of four weeks thereafter.

The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
