This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 04.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.44843 of 2023, whereby the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail and was directed to mark his presence in Khushrupur Police Station on first Sunday of each month. 3.

For the reasons mentioned in this application and having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the order dated 04.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44843 of 2023 is modified to the extent that the direction for appearance in the Khushrupur Police Station on first Sunday of each month is recalled. The petitioner is directed to cooperate in the trial.
