2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 354, 353A, 354B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 and 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is said to have molested and tried to rape a three year old child. Petitioner is in jail since 28.08.2023.

4. Considering the serious allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. This application for regular bail is dismissed.
