Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

Though there is allegation of firing against the petitioner as well as other co-accused. However, no injury was caused to anyone. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 22.09.2017.

Considering the entire facts aforesaid especially the fact that the investigation is complete now and the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8778 of 2018 (2) dt.15-02-2018 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Pawana Police Station Case No.44 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
