2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Darpa P.S. case No. 93 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Prosecution case relates to robbery of a super splendor motorcycle bearing Registration No. BR-05-AJ-8549 along with a mobile and Rs. 10,000/- from the informant while he was going to his house.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner was arrested in Chauradano (Mahuawa) P.S. Case No. 39 of 2023 and was remanded in this case on 25.02.2023. The petitioner has 4 criminal antecedents but he is on bail in all

The name of this petitioner came into light only the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused namely Pardeep Kumar. Learned counsel further submitted that the co-accused person, namely Pardeep Kumar has already been granted bail by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 02.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47605 of 2022.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as also the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Darpa P.S. case No. 93 of 2021.
