The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sikarhatta P.S. Case No.47 of 2017, a case under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

The victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has alleged commission of physical relation by force against co-accused Mahmud Mansuri. However, the perusal of entire statement would reveal a matter of previous affairs. There is no such allegation against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where
