This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for the the following reliefs:- (i) for directing the respondent authorities to issue a fresh result card after making correction in father's name column such as "SHAMBHU SHARAN SHARMA" instead of "SAMBU SHARAN SHARAM" in the result card bearing Roll No.7128175395 for Bihar Elementary Teacher (Trained) Eligibility Test 2017 issued by the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna.

(ii) For directing the respondent authorities to treat the petitioner's father's name as "SHAMBHU SHARAN SHARMA" instead by "SAMBHU SHARAN SHARMA" maintained in result card issued of 06 March 2018 bearing Roll

Patna High Court CWJC No.17615 of 2023(3) dt.28-01-2025 2/2 No.7128175395 by the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna for Bihar Elementary Teacher (Trained) Eligibility Test 2017 for any further employment under the Government of Bihar and its instrumentalities.

(iii) For grant of any other relief for which the petitioner is found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had already filed a representation before the Board but till date no order has been passed on it. 4.

Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.4 along with a copy of this order and other documents in support of her claim within a period of four weeks from today and after affording an opportunity of the hearing to the petitioner, the respondent no.4 shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner by way of passing a speaking and reasoned order within a period of eight weeks' thereafter. 5.

It is made clear that the respondent no.4 shall be held responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.
