2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lakhnaur P.S. Case No. 113 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 274 and 275 of the BNS and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and (Amendment) Excise Act, 2018.

3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 6 liters of illicit liquor from a motorcycle.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and she has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. Considering the quantum of recovery, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the concerned Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Special Judge, Excise Act, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani/concerned Court below in connection with Lakhnaur P.S. Case No. 113 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 / Section 482 of the BNSS.
