Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is that from possession of the petitioner, twenty stolen mobile phones were recovered. Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 08.07.2017. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. However, after institution of the present case, the petitioner has been remanded in three more cases which were registered against unknown and detailed in paragraph3 of the bail petition. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9966 of 2018 (3) dt.02-04-2018 already undergone by the petitioner as well as completion of investigation of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Barauni Rail Police Station Case No.119 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
