1. At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties-The Rahika Central Cooperative Bank Limited, Madhepura submits that in compliance to the order dated 19.07.2023, passed in CWJC No.15267 of 2014, the Managing Director of the aforesaid bank has passed a detailed order dated 06.11.2024.

2. At this juncture, the learned senior counsel for the

Patna High Court MJC No.3417 of 2023(6) dt.17-01-2025 2/2 petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 06.11.2024 by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty so sought is granted.
