2. Ms. Adya Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that this application has been filed for modification of order dated 23.09.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25878/2025 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail but petitioner could not surrender and furnish bail bond within the stipulated time.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, the application is allowed and the time granted by order dated 23.09.2025 for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bond is extended by six weeks from today.

4. The bail bond of the petitioner shall be accepted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79548 of 2025(2) dt.21-11-2025 2/2 provisionally and it shall be confirmed after verification of the criminal antecedent of the petitioner.
