The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No.144 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354B, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against this petitioner is to have assaulted the informant and his family members by means of spear, iron rod, etc. and also snatched a golden chain from the mother of the informant.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that there is land

It is submitted that the allegation as regard to injury against this petitioner is general and omnibus in nature. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by a learned co-ordinate Bench of this Court through Cr. Misc. No.3728 of 2024 on 07.02.2024. It is further submitted that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and he is in custody since 20.05.2023.

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No.144 of 2023 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. Jhanjharpur.
