1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.i. For giving direction to the respondent authorities to execute the agreement entered into for shifting the postal house (post office) in the house of the petitioner that can be verified by several documents and communication with the department whereby the petitioner was given direction by the respondents whereby to make the necessary arrangement, according to postal inspector, in his house so that the post office situated in Manjhaulia Estate Post Office be shifted to the petitioner's house.

Patna High Court CWJC No.17821 of 2023(2) dt.14-05-2024 2/2 ii. For also for giving a direction to the respondents authorities to pay the compensation for his expense done in pursuance of the assurance and communications given by the department.

iii. For giving a direction to the respondent to dispose of the application/representation given by the petitioner to the official person or on fresh application."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
