Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326A, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Co-accused Sarwan Sahani and Raj Kumar Sahani against whom, there was allegation of throwing acid on the body of informant, have already been allowed anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc.No.63447 of 2017 for the reason that no grievous injury was found on the person of the injured. The petitioner was simply holding the informant at the time of alleged occurrence.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10400 of 2018 (2) dt.22-02-2018 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kanti Police Station Case No.109 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
