2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that his name was existing in the voters' list of 2004 (AnnexureP/2) but in the draft voters' list, as per the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, his name was left.

3. Be that as it may, when he has filed his objection within time, the same should be decided either way by the Returning Officer-cum-Block Development Officer, Bisfi, Madhubani.

4. The Returning Officer-cum-Block Development Officer, Bisfi, Madhubani is directed to dispose of the objection

Patna High Court CWJC No.17588 of 2024(2) dt.20-11-2024 2/2 of the petitioner as soon as possible.

5. It is hereby made clear that the process of election should not be hindered.

6. With the aforesaid directions/observations, this writ petition stands disposed of.
