JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 31-01-2020 The petitioner claims himself a relative of the accused persons. He has moved this Court for a direction to the respondents to investigate Birpur P.S. Case No.109 of 2018 registered for the offence alleged under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, properly and fairly.

Learned counsel for the State has informed this Court that in course of investigation the case has been found true and the I.O. has been given certain directions including to arrest the accused persons.
