1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) That the respondents be strictly directed to make payment of 1st, 2nd and 3rd ACP/MACP (Assured Career Progression/Modified A.C.P.) benefits to the petitioner along with appropriate interest of at least 18% per annum from the date 0101-2009, the date on which M.A.C.P. scheme of Govt. of Bihar came in effect by the Letter No.- 7566, dt. 14-07-2010 (Ax.- 2).

(ii) That the respondents be also directed to fix the other retiral dues like (G.P.F., Gratuity, Leave Encashment, Assured Money and Full pension etc.) on the basis of 1st, 2nd and 3rd M.A.C.P. benefits and differences of arrears may also be directed to be

(iii) That the respondents be also directed to fix the pension of the petitioner on the basis of enhanced pay scale after providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd M.A.C.P. benefits and to pay the same along with 18% per annum interest till the date of final payment as petitioner is suffering from several old age diseases, due to scarcity of money he can die in lack of proper treatment.

(iv) That respondents be also directed to pay the appropriate cost and compensation, deducting from personal salaries of those respondents who are guilty for delay and due to which unnecessary mental, physical and economical harassment done by the illegal and unconstitutional acts of the guilty respondents."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) sonal/- U
