The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kartahan P.S. Case No.54 of 2017 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 448, 341, 323, 354, 380, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the informants are neighbours and on account of petty dispute, there was some occurrence between them and both parties had received injuries. It is further submitted that the present petitioner is having no criminal antecedents and, therefore, he may be extended the privilege of anticipatory bail. In view of the aforementioned facts and

No.16610 of 2018 (2) dt.10-04-2018 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali, in connection with Kartahan P.S. Case No.54 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
