JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-02-2020 The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the concerned respondent for payment of salary for the period November, 2014 to May, 2015 which has not been paid to him without any reason as also for a direction for payment of the same along with an interest at the rate of twelve percent.

Without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, this Court is of the view that the petitioner ought to have first approached the Principal-

Patna High Court CWJC No.23241 of 2019(2) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 cum-Director, Office Management and Secretarial Practice, College of Commerce, Arts & Science, Patna(respondent No. 5) before approaching this Court. The petitioner, therefore is directed to make a suitable representation before respondent No. 5 within a period of three weeks, who on receipt of the same shall verify the facts, ascertain the claims of the petitioner and if it is found to be tenable, pass/caused to be passed necessary orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks thereafter. The aforesaid order shall also be communicated to the petitioner. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
