2. Application is filed for initiation of a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for their willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 22.12.2023 passed by this Court in CWJC No. 15555 of 2022.

3. A show-cause affidavit came to be filed on behalf of the opposite parties with a specific contention that all the benefits and recovered amounts have been paid to the petitioner. It has further been clarified that vide Letter No. 1308 dated

Patna High Court MJC No.4004 of 2024(3) dt.04-07-2025 2/2 11.12.2024, it has been reported to the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur that the recovered amount has already been returned and further the petitioner has been extended the benefit of ACP/MACP and the arrears thereof, has also been paid. To support the aforesaid contention, the letter has been placed on record.

4. In view of the averments made in the show-cause affidavit filed on behalf of the opposite parties, the present contempt petition stands closed.
