Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. A stolen motorcycle was allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioner, besides recovery of other things. Petitioner is in custody since 08.11.2017. Investigation of the case is complete.

Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of six months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Maheshkhunt Police Station Case No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11131 of 2018 (3) dt.16-04-2018 2/2 155 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
