The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No.662 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is of recovery of one country-made loaded pistol from the possession of the petitioner. Submission is that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 23.07.2019.
