====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 21-06-2024 Heard the parties.

2. Petitioner apprehends their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 384 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. This is the second attempt of the petitioner to approach before this Court for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. Earlier vide order dated 16.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17692 of 2021, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on the ground that petitioner had suppressed his criminal antecedent and the bail petition was not heard on merit.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the circumstances have been changed and the petitioner has given

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6490 of 2024(4) dt.21-06-2024 2/2 his criminal antecedents in para 3 of the bail application and he is on bail in all the cases.

6. Learned counsel for the informant submits that the petitioner has again suppressed his criminal antecedent, hence he does not deserve the privilege of anticipatory bail. Learned counsel also produces the evidence in support of his submission.

7. Having heard learned counsels for the parties and perusing the materials available on record, it appears that the petitioner is a habitual offender in suppressing his criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner named above. The prayer for bail is hereby rejected.

8. Accordingly, this application is dismissed. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) divyanshi/- U T
