Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by order dated 11.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.57281 of 2019, the petitioner was granted regular bail along with other eight petitioners and four weeks time was granted to all nine petitioners to surrender and furnish bail bond. Learned counsel further submits that other eight petitioners in Cr. Misc. No.57281 of 2019 surrendered before the learned Court below and furnishes their bail bond but due to illness of petitioner No.7, Bablu Yadav, son of Uday Narayan Yadad, i.e., the present petitioner, could not surrender within time and did not furnish

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71908 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 his bail bond. Accordingly, learned counsel submits that the time for surrender may be extended by further two weeks from today.

After having heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State and taking into consideration the statement made in the present application, I am inclined to extend the date by further two weeks. Accordingly the order dated 11.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.57281 of 2019 is modified to the extent that petitioner No.7, Bablu Yadav, son of Uday Narayan Yadav is permitted to surrender before the learned Court below within a further period of two weeks from today in order to furnish bail bond in connection with Brahampur (Nainizore) P.S. Case No.213 of 2019.

Accordingly, this Cr. Misc No.71908 of 2019 is disposed of with the aforesaid terms.
