After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, and if the petitioner surrenders within the aforesaid period the bail petition of petitioner be heard on merits and disposed of on the same day without being prejudiced of the present order and Annexure-P/1.
