JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kudhni P.S.Case No. 46 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 201 and 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the gravity of the offence and the allegation that partly burnt body of the deceased covered with gunny bag was found in which name of the petitioner transpired during investigation and the police may require his custodial interrogation, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.

In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the
