JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Special Case No. 1230 of 2017 arising out of Kotwali P.S. Case No. 213 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 290, 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 37(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on basis of suspicion. Nothing has been recovered either from the conscious possession of this petitioner or from his house. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail
