2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 902 of 2023 registered on 21.07.2023 lodged under Sections 8/21B of NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against the present petitioner against whom there is recovery of 6.60 gm of smack has been recovered.

4. Counsel for the petitioner submits that recovery of smack is less than the commercial quantity but more than the smaller quantity.

5. Counsel further submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner

6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and he submits that his antecedent is related to NDPS also.

7. In the present facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. However, liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail 9 months after framing of charge. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Sunnykr/- U
