Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that trial has not been concluded as yet and petitioner is in custody for more than one year.

From the report, which was called for from the learned trial court, it appears that the case has been committed to the court of sessions.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, since the case has been committed, learned
