The petitioner seeks bail in Manjhi P.S. Case No.256 of 2019, registered under Sections 30, 30(g) and 38(i) (ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The petitioner was apprehended with Satish Kumar with their motorcycle and on search of trolley bag carrying by the petitioner and Satish Kumar, 64 bottles each containing 500 ml. beer were recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 02.09.2019. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about three months for recovery of 32 litres of beer. Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
