The petitioner is in custody since 09.06.2019 in connection with Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 196/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 489B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that two notes of rupees five hundred (Rs.500/-) and two notes of rupees two hundred (Rs.200/-) which seemed to be counterfeit currency were allegedly recovered from the petitioner which the petitioner is alleged to have been provided by one Panna Singh @ Amrendra Singh, the petitioner is languishing in jail. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and the petitioner has a clean antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge 2nd Madhepura in connection with Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 196/2019.
