2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 1131 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Section 406, 420, 467, 468 and 504 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant gave Rs. 27,00,000 (Twenty Seven lakhs) to the petitioner as consideration money for purchase of the land. It is further alleged that the petitioner neither executed the sale deed nor returned the money and the agreement was written on nonjudicial stamp paper.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that the entire allegations are false and there is no evidence of receiving money on judicial stamp paper nor is there any agreement between the petitioner and the informant regarding transfer of the land which is stated to have been jotted down on stamp paper.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner and submitted that the petitioner has four criminal antecedents.

6. Vide order date 11.11.2025, the informant was directed to file the agreement to sale deed written on non judicial stamp through counter affidavit but till date it has not been filed.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 1131 of 2018,
